Alabama USSSA Baseball Refund Policy

–          Up to 5 days before the event, teams may withdraw and receive a full refund.

–          Once the schedule is posted, teams who withdraw will receive a 50% refund.

–          If a team no shows for an event, they will owe the full entry fee.

In the event of inclement weather for regular 3 game guarantee tournaments, teams will receive a refund/credit in proportion to the number of games played – for example, if a team plays 2 games, they will receive a refund/credit equal to 33% of the entry fee.

Admission to the park is non-refundable. Admission is paid to enter the park and is not tied to any individual team or player.
