What is the Fall Flash Sale?

The Fall Flash Sale gives your team unlimited tournament entries into all Alabama USSSA Baseball tournaments from August 15 through November 30 for one low price.

The more tournaments your team plays, the more money you save!

How Does It Work?

Purchasing the Flash Sale is easy:

  1. Register for the Flash Sale online just like you would any tournament.
  2. If it doesn’t automatically appear in your shopping cart, simply add it manually.
  3. Complete your purchase by paying in full during the Flash Sale window (July 27 – August 7).

Don’t Wait to Enter Your Tournaments

You can begin registering for all of the fall tournaments you plan to play before purchasing the Flash Sale. This allows you to reserve your spot before events fill up. Once you’ve purchased the Flash Sale, those tournament entries are covered.

With tournaments scheduled across Alabama every weekend this fall, there’s never been a better opportunity to maximize your season while saving money.

Important Team Entry Fee Policy for the 2026-2027 Season

Beginning with the 2026-2027 Alabama USSSA Baseball season on August 15, all team entry fees must be paid online.

To simplify the registration process and ensure schedules are completed on time, we will no longer accept any other form of payment for tournament entry fees. This includes:

  • No Venmo
  • No cash
  • No checks
  • No other payment methods
How to pay online

Login
Go to usssa.com and login to your manager account.

Select your team
Choose your team from the list of teams.

Check your shopping cart
Scroll down and check your shopping cart. It is found on the lower left.

Remove items from cart, if needed
If there are entries in your cart that you don't want to pay for yet, simply click on the small X to remove the event from your cart - THIS DOES NOT REMOVE YOUR TEAM FROM THE EVENT.

Add items to your cart
On the dashboard, click on View My Events/Make Payments. When the list of events loads, simply click on the blue "Add 2 Cart" to add it to your shopping cart.

Pay for your event
Scroll down to the shopping cart, and click on CHECKOUT. Follow the instructions there to make payment for your event.

Scroll down and check your shopping cart. It is found on the lower left.

Add items to your cart
